AD Solutions is a Workplace Technology Company that offers the equipment, services, and software that simplifies working and learning in a hybrid world with headquarters in Orlando, FL, and branch offices in Melbourne, Jacksonville, and Tampa. We are rapidly growing and are looking to add an Assembly and Delivery Technician with excellent internal/external customer service and great communication skills. Primary Duties

  • Responsible for the efficient setup of all equipment to be delivered to customer locations.
  • Ensure proper documentation of accessories, supplies, and equipment serialization.
  • Troubleshoot failures and repairs for copier/fax/duplicators equipment.
  • Excellent ability to work through remote applications, i.e., email, google scan, and remote data entry.
  • Able to multitask data entry; update and enter all new information regarding installation and delivery calls.
  • Ability to drive a box truck, extended drive time to exceed 2 hours one way.
  • Meet all installation/delivery deadlines.
  • Work within a team and customer focus culture.

Physical Demands

  • Physical strength and agility are sufficient to perform the work of this class.
  • Must be able to travel within the company service area on a daily basis to various customer sites by automobile or truck or to approved training locations via company-authorized transportation.
  • Requires frequent kneeling and bending and considerable use of hands and tools.
  • Frequently requires moving or lifting of more than 50 pounds.
  • Use of ladders, forklifts, and other heavy transportation machinery.
  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull a minimum of 60 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 5 hours per day.
  • Ability to use hands for fine manipulation of tools necessary to repair equipment.
  • Must adhere to safety procedures, rules, and best practices.

  • Technical ability to set up, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and refurbish multifunctional devices.
  • Excellent ability to analyze information and demonstrate effective decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to organizational changes and processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma. College and or Vocational Training in IT is preferred but not required.
  • Valid State Driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Must be able to meet all employment background screening requirements required by AD Solutions™ and its clients (including state and local governments, municipalities, school boards, and childcare facilities).
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Any visible piercings and tattoos must be covered at all times.
  • Workweeks are 5 days, Monday through Friday. Flexibility with a schedule for extended work hours or company events and weekend or holidays extended services.
