We are rapidly growing and are looking to add an Administrative Assistant with excellent internal/ external customer service and great communication skills. Main Functions

  • Process, Support, and Develop Administration functions.
  • Process communications, data, and transactions accurately and in a timely manner, with business performance and profitability as a core focus.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communicate excellent customer service to internal and external clients in person, in writing, and over the phone.

Working Conditions & Requirements

  • Work weeks are 5 days, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility with schedule for extended work hours or company events and weekend or holidays extended services, including travel to the Orlando office. The employee will be scheduled for training and meetings in Orlando or Branch offices.
  • Should be capable of working with minimal supervision and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Capable and required to meet deadlines.
  • Display strong customer relation skills with internal and external customers and the ability to diffuse customer frustrations.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of her/his position of incoming and outgoing matters, hence all documents related to those issues.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail-oriented tasks.
  • Ability to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve issues, navigate between dual monitors, familiarity with time zones, ability to perform routine mathematical calculations
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment resulting from a high volume of phone calls, technical problems, frustrated customers, and changes in departmental priorities or procedures.
  • Accurate typing, ability to use personal computers and telephones.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with personal computers and business applications is required.
  • Experience in a customer service organization or b2b organization is a plus
  • Attendance and participation in meetings and training in Orlando or branch offices
