Solutions™ as your office solutions provider.  As we continue to monitor the development of COVID-19, please know that we remain committed to delivering the same great service, supplies, and support you depend on.  You can continue to reach us at 407-412-6929 or 855-272-2322 for service, supplies or to discuss your account, just like you normally would. As always, the safety of our customers and staff remain of utmost importance and we are still very much open for business, with additional procedures to promote safety and health. 

As this situation continues to develop, we have implemented new hygiene and sanitization protocols that include additional facility cleaning and sanitization of high touch surfaces. For our service staff, we are requesting our clients to allow our technicians access to a wash room before and after service. In the event a wash room is not available, our technicians have been provided with hand sanitizer and surface disinfectants.

Onsite / Remote Service & Supplies

We remain dedicated in sustaining our repair, maintenance, and supply services as long as we are permitted. Our Platinum Field Service Technicians have already been instructed to take precautionary steps to wash hands before and after completing a service call, limit onsite interaction, and to sanitize each equipment they work on. We ask for your assistance by allowing access to a washroom, wash station, or restroom before and after each call. Additionally, please allow each freshly serviced equipment to air dry before resuming use for sanitization. Last, our friendly dispatchers will work with each of our customers to ensure we meet your specific requirements, so please be sure to inform us of any specific protocols you wish for us to observe and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. As necessary or when required, some staff may have the ability to work remotely, however some job responsibilities can only be done at the onsite office, we will continue to support this work as long as we are permitted to do so.

“No Contact” Supply Requests may be placed by phone at 407-412-6929 or toll free at 855-272-2322 and by email requests to dispatch@myadsusa.com. Unless specified, supply requests will be shipped by our normal process. If you must pick up the toner order from our offices, we will allow for an appointment window of 30 minutes where we place your order outside of our door for pick up. A supply ticket with your name that requires a signature will be placed in a plastic sleeve and we will collect this document once you have left the area. We apologize that we are unable to grant you access to our facility.
